Strippers and Vegans Raise Local Funds for Haiti

Haiti fundraising continues on a local level, featuring vice and virtue. A Toledo, Ohio strip club donated all the money from the day’s regular $10 cover charge to International Services of Hope, or ISOH/IMPACT. They raised $1,000. Two Detroit clubs the Landing Strip in Romulus and Subi’s Place in Southgate, have scheduled similar events this month with a goal of raising $5,000, the cost of sending a container of supplies to Haiti.
Meanwhile, a group of Los Angeles vegans raised $$3285.43 for the Doctors without Borders with a bake sale. Yum!
