I wish the mayor of a town here in Oregon could get on the show with his female partner. He was mayor of Silverton in the past when dressed as a man and was elected again in recent years dressed as a woman with breast implants. He was recently criticized for wearing a scandalously short min-skirt and revealing top. He admitted that he had dressed inappropriately that day and said he always thought his critics wanted him to dress as a man whereas he wanted to dress as a woman, when actually they just want him to dress like a lady and he promises to comply with that from now on. He’s apparently a popular and effective mayor.
I hope the show will help humanize the participants in the eyes of viewers.

Actually, by strict definition the term “fornication” is only applicable to sex between people who are not married (to each other). Sex between two married (but not to each other) people is classified as “adultery.” Sex between one married person and an unmarried person is “fornication.” Sex between two unmarried people is “fornication.” Anyway, since the contestants on The Newlywed Game were all married couples, “making whoopee” usually (but not always) referred to copulation that didn’t qualify as “fornication.”

Our money for taxes and consumer products are taken without question. Along with the services that we offer. We’ve been exploited all along.

When it comes to standing up for our rights, not so much. I applaud this and hope that it stands the test of being challenged by the extremists.
