Individual sales would never elevate them to the list. Corporations may give a lot of money to the wingnut orgs but they don’t buy the books themselves. If they’re on the list the author gets the time on teevee to sell their shit. Using Coulter as an example again, every time she came out with one of her screeds she was on every teevee talk show on the circuit.
