Bollywood has a bon voyage present for outgoing President George Bush: The President Is Coming. Based on Bush’s visit to Mumbai in 2006, the fictionalized comedy recounts the misadventures of a group of young Indians who will stop at nothing to officially shake GWB’s hand as the representative of   "New India" during Bush’s state visit. The President Is Coming  opens Friday in Indian theatres, and hopefully will be stateside soon.  In the words of the Lame Duck, "Namaste."
